Signs of dehydration

 Sunken eyes

 Dry mouth

 Sunken Fontanelle (soft spot)

 Little or no urine is passed out

 A pinch of the skin goes back to shape slowly

 Increased thirst.

 Tired or sleepy.

 Urine is low volume and more yellowish than normal.

 Headache.

 Fast heart rate or heart palpitations

 Dizziness

 Dry skin
