           Buy farmer’s produce at reasonable price

           Extend loans to farmers to buy tools, pesticides, etc

           They offer advisory services to farmers

           They find markets and market farmer’s produce

           Lobby for better policies from government

           Bargain for better prices in the market for their farmers.

          6. They help tax collector to compute a reasonable tax to be
