Volume of sound

 Volume is the loudness or softness of sound.

 The volume of sound depends on the amplitude of the vi-

bration produced. (Amplitude is the magnitude or extent of

the vibration produced.

Frequency

Frequency is the number of vibrations produced per second.

The greater the amplitude, the louder the volume of sound and

vise versa.
