Sex determination
Sex of a child is determined by chromosomes found on the
gametes /sex cells. There are X and Y chromosomes. XX chro-
mosomes are for girls and XY for boys.
Signs of Pregnancy
Implantation bleeding. A very small amount of bleeding or
spotting that occurs shortly before the menstrual period. It
is less than a regular menstrual bleeding and comes earlier.
Cramping in the lower abdomen.
White milky vaginal discharge.
Sickness, nausea and vomiting.
Tiredness and fatigue.
Positive blood pregnancy test.
A missed menstrual period.
