Typhoid
Typhoid is a bacterial infection that can lead to a high fever,
diarrhea, and vomiting. It can be fatal. It is caused by the
bacteria Salmonella typhi.
It spread through contaminated water or food by a housefly

es causing fever and severe aching

Rubella [German measles]
German measles, also known as rubella, is a viral infection
that causes a rash on the body. A side from the rash, people
with German measles usually have a fever and swollen
lymph nodes.
The infection can spread from person to person through
contact with droplets from an infected person's sneeze or
cough.
It’s caused by virus
It is a highly infectious dis-
ease which causes a rash
and fever
It usually affects older children
and adolescents
