BACTERIA

Bacteria are very small organisms made up of one

cell (single celled). Bacteria can be seen under mi-

croscope which enlarges their image from a hun-

dred to thousand times.

Bacteria can be found everywhere but

they are mostly found in places like:

 In water

 Soil

 In air

 Bodies of animals and plants

 Latrines and rubbish pits
