Prevention

 Maintain proper hygiene. Routinely remove bird drop-

pings from their house so that they don’t mix with feeds

 Use coccidiostats (drugs) in feeds.

 Cull and slaughter the infected ones

 Provide clean feeds in clean troughs.

It’s caused by a virus spread through feather and skin peck-

ing.
