First Aid
If the blister is broken, wash the area with clean water and
soap.
Cover the skin with a bandage or clean cloth.
Give the victim plenty of fluids to drink.
NB: It is not good to break the blister because it may lead
to infection of the wound by germs. Fats, oil, coffee, herbs or
drug should never be put on the burn because they can cause
infection. Sugar should also not be put on the burn because it
attracts houseflies which bring germs to the wound.
