Good eating habits


          Washing hands before and after eating food


          Chew food properly and eat slowly

          Do not talk while eating


          Eat food that make up a balanced diet


          It’s important to eat in time


          Never eat left over smelly food


          Wash fruits and vegetables before eating


          Eat well cooked food for easy digestion

          Eat only what is enough for your stomach.  Avoid getting too

            full.




         Dangers of bad eating habits

          Swallowing big lumps of food can cause indigestion.


          Eating hurriedly can result into constipation and stomach-

            ache.


          Talking with mouthful of food one can bite his/her tongue,

            can swallow unchewed food that can cause choking.


          Biting very hard things can damage                                            the teeth.

          Drinking too much liquid while                                                 eating dilute

            digestive juices.


          Eating cold food can cause in-

            digestion. Digestive juices                                                                     do

            not work well under cold

            conditions
