     The sphincter muscle may be irritated by some foods or weak-
         ened by some lifestyle habbits.
         Intestinal Worms
         These are parasitic worms that feed on  our food in the intes-
         tine. If their population grows much they cause abdominal
         Worms are the commonest problem among children and
         adults. They come with the unclean food we eat.
         Below is a colonoscopy of a person infected with worms. In a colonosco-
         py, a tube with a camera is inserted into the rectum via the anus to see
         the health state of the colon.
         Worms can be avoided by eating clean food, washing hands be-
         fore handling food and deworming regularly (3 months or as
         advised by doctor)
