Prevention
Green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, mustard greens,
parsley and green leaf lettuce.
Vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage.
Fish, liver, meat, eggs, and cereals (these contain smaller
amounts)
Do NOT use antibiotic drugs unnecessarily because they kill
useful bacteria in the intestines. These bacteria help make
vitamin K among other things.
