Some of other important nutrients for well-being include;

         Vitamins E, K, B2, B12, Potassium, Zinc, Phosphorus, etc. these

         nutrients can be found in green vegetables, bananas, dairy

         products, pumpkin seeds (zinc, iron, vitamin E), and other

         foods.


         The following foods also have compounds or chemicals that

         kill germs, heal the body from damage and help the body to

         fight diseases;

         Ginger, garlic, onions, cloves, aloe vera, turmeric, lemon and

         many green vegetables and spices.
