Features of Casts of bees in the hive

1. The Drone bee

 Its main function is to mate with the virgin queen

 They make a buzzing sound when flying

 They are the male bees in the hive.

 They are much larger than the worker bees, more hairy with

broad blunt abdomen with no sting.

 The drone bees are chased out of the hive after the wedding

flight. A wedding flight is the flight when the drone is mating
with the queen.
