How to start weaning children

potatoes, matooke, mashed posho, mashed rice, mashed

Children have small stomachs so they need
many meals a day rather that one big meal
Children should be given mashed
foods because they have no
teeth and their digestive sys-
tem isn’t that strong.
2. Sick people
Sick people may need special food and extra fluids
3. Elderly people
When people grow old, they often lose their teeth and their di-
gestive systems become weaker.
They can get health problems such as:
1. Indigestion
2. Constipation
3. These also need special food
